Payment & Billing Information

How payments are processed

Card payments for AmericaRx Smart Shop LLC orders are handled by our payment provider on a secure, encrypted payment page. We do not see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. The payment methods offered at checkout are those our provider supports for your card and region.

When you are charged

Your order is recorded when you place it and is marked "awaiting payment" until the payment provider confirms the transaction. Once payment is confirmed the order moves into processing. If payment fails or is not completed, the order is not fulfilled.

Currency

All prices and charges on this site are in United States dollars (USD).

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the rates that apply to it. Orders delivered within Missouri include Missouri state sales tax. Tax shown at checkout is an estimate calculated from the destination state; the amount charged is the amount shown on your order summary.

Billing address

Please enter the billing address registered to your payment card. A mismatch between the billing address and your card issuer's records is a common reason for a declined payment.

Discount and promo codes

Codes are applied to the order subtotal before shipping and tax, must be entered at checkout and cannot be added afterwards. Minimum-spend requirements and expiry dates apply as stated for each code, and codes cannot normally be combined.

Receipts and records

Your order number and summary are shown on the confirmation page and are available at any time on the Order Tracking page using your order number and email address. A confirmation record is stored against every order; emailed confirmations are sent once our sending domain is verified.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, no order is fulfilled and no funds are taken; authorisation holds placed by your bank are released according to your bank's timescales. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
