Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Items we cannot accept

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items with physical damage caused after delivery, or missing parts
• Products where a hygiene seal or tamper-evident packaging has been opened, where applicable
• Items marked as final sale on the product page

How to start a return

Email info@americarxsmartshop.sbs or call +1 605-646-0404 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and any reference number to include with the parcel. Please do not send items back before contacting us — unannounced returns can take significantly longer to process.

Return shipping costs

If the return is because an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few business days to show the funds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we will arrange it subject to stock availability.

Faulty items and warranties

If an item develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its terms are listed in the product specifications. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Order cancellation

Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled in full. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.
