Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

AmericaRx Smart Shop LLC ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international delivery. If you need delivery outside the US, contact info@americarxsmartshop.sbs and we will tell you whether we can arrange it before you order.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00pm Mountain Time are usually prepared the same business day; later orders are prepared the next business day. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Shipping methods and costs

• Standard shipping — $5.95: 3–7 business days. Free on orders of $75 or more after discounts.
• Express shipping — $14.95: 2–3 business days.
• Overnight — $29.95: next business day when the order is placed before the daily cut-off.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays and remote delivery areas can extend transit times.

Tracking

Once a carrier tracking number is assigned to your order it appears on our Order Tracking page. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within five business days of the latest estimate, contact us at info@americarxsmartshop.sbsor +1 605-646-0404 with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within seven days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provided. Where a parcel is confirmed delivered but cannot be located, we will assist with the carrier enquiry.
